• ^{_{We will refit and adjust your glasses at no charge for as long as you own them.}}
• ^{_{Frames are warranted against manufacturer defects for one year, including one frame replacement.}}
• ^{_{For a prescription change within 30 days of purchase, we will remake the glasses one time at no charge.}}
• ^{_{If scratch or anti-reflective coating is purchased and the lenses become scratched, we will remove the coating and recoat (if possible) the lenses one time at no charge within one year of purchase.}}
• ^{_{If you purchase progressive lenses (no line bifocals) and cannot adjust to them, we will remake the lenses within 30 days of purchase in a different type of lens one time at no charge. There is no refund in the difference in lenses.}}
• ^{_{If you want to upgrade your lenses within 1 week, you only pay the difference between the lenses.}}
• ^{_{If requested, we can use old frames for new lenses. However, due to material aging they may break during insertion of the new lenses. If this occurs, we will make every effort to locate a frame to fit the lenses and your cost will be 50% of the marked frame price.}}

If you are not 100% satisfied with your new custom glasses within 30 days of receiving them, we will do everything that we can to make you happy including a prescription recheck with Dr. Golden and remake the glasses one time, all at no charge. If you are requesting a refund, we will refund 50% of the purchase price to offset a portion of the materials and manufacturing costs. Lenses and frames cannot be reused. Thank you for understanding.}}

^{_{Contact Lenses and Contact Lens Exam Policy
When evaluating new contact lenses, you should notify Dr. Golden within one week if you are not 100% happy. If an office visit is needed more than 30 days from the original contact lens fitting, there will be an office visit fee. Our supplier will not allow us to return boxes that are open or written on. When purchasing multi-pack contacts, unmarked & unopened boxes may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase.}}
